The DriveWealth REST API uses standard HTTP verbs to communicate and returns a variety of HTTP codes and JSON messages to indicate statuses and errors.

You can use our production-replica sandbox (UAT), to test your integration both during development and after launch. The hostname that you use in your request determines whether it will be received by our sandbox or production environment.

All API requests must be made over HTTPS. Calls made over plain HTTP will fail. Unless otherwise noted, API requests without authentication will also fail. To learn more about authentication, please see Create Authentication Token.
