Retrieve Depth of Book

Get the Depth of Book for an Instrument.

For now, this API only works with debt instruments, but will expand in the future.

Depth of Book information is not always provided for Fixed Income instruments. When unavailable, the API response will return null, including during market hours

The quantity of bonds user wishes to trade.

If set, the unit price will be marked up or marked down based on the prescribed amount. Only applicable to Orders for Debt Instruments.
